Arbitrary code execution via JPEG XL skip overflow

Integer overflow in FFmpeg before 6.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through crafted JPEG XL container data. The skip_boxes function adds an ISOBMFF box size to ctx->skip without first ensuring the signed accumulator can represent the result, leading to out-of-array access. Exploitation requires vulnerable FFmpeg code to parse attacker-controlled JPEG XL container data; successful corruption runs code in the parsing process.
