Application crash via signed sample-count overflow

Integer overflow in FFmpeg before 6.1 allows remote attackers to crash applications that decode crafted OSQ audio streams. The OSQ decoder stores nb_samples in a signed 64-bit field, allowing the sample count to cross the signed range during decoding; the patch changes the field to uint64_t. Reachability requires an application to process attacker-supplied OSQ media, and exploitation terminates the decoding process without reported data exposure or modification.
