Remote code execution via unchecked packet size

Integer overflow in FFmpeg before 6.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through a crafted JPEG XL animation. The jpegxl_anim_read_packet function accepted a 64-bit input size from avio_size and passed values above INT_MAX into an integer-sized packet operation without rejecting them, causing out-of-array access. Processing an attacker-controlled JPEG XL animation is sufficient to trigger memory corruption and arbitrary code execution.
