Published Mar 8, 2024 · Updated Aug 23, 2024
Stored XSS in boyiddha Automated Mess Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through Chat Book messages. The /member/chat.php handler accepts the msg parameter without neutralizing executable markup before the Chat Book stores and renders the message. A member session is required, and another user must view the crafted message; executed script can alter content in that user's browser context.
