Network connectivity loss via device-memory IP overwrite

Incorrect access control in Tormach PathPilot Controller 2.9.6 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt router connectivity. The Torstep board accepts a direct write that replaces the hardcoded IP address in device memory without adequate access control. High privileges and network access are required; changing the address breaks communication between the controller and xsTECH router.
