Browser script execution via crafted First Name

Cross-site scripting in Form Tools 3.1.1 allows remote attackers to execute script in another user's browser via the First Name field. Public records identify the First Name input as the injection point but do not disclose the processing function, output location, or whether the payload is stored or reflected. Exploitation requires user interaction with content containing the crafted name, exposing browser-session data and actions to the injected script.
