Editor crash via unbounded langmap error formatting

Stack-based buffer overflow in Vim before 9.0.2142 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the editor via a crafted commands file. The did_set_langmap option callback passes an 80-byte error buffer to sprintf without its length, so an overlong langmap value overwrites the stack. Exploitation requires Vim to source attacker-controlled commands; stack protection limits the observed Ubuntu impact to a crash.
