Unauthenticated command execution via hostName injection

Command injection in TOTOLINK A3700R firmware 9.1.2u.6165_20211012 allows remote attackers to execute commands via setOpModeCfg. The /www/cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi handler's sub_42455C routine passes the attacker-controlled hostName value to doSystem without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Network reachability to the CGI endpoint is sufficient; CISA's assessment records no required privileges or user interaction, and injected commands can read, modify, or interrupt the router.
