Unauthenticated control-flow hijack via unbounded sprintf

Stack overflow in TOTOLINK A3700R firmware 9.1.2u.6165_20211012 allows remote attackers to hijack control flow via a crafted request. The setParentalRules handler passes the user-controlled week value to sprintf for storage in stack variable V17 without enforcing its bounds, allowing overwrite of the program counter. The HTTP management endpoint must be reachable; the published request includes a session cookie, while CISA assesses that no privileges are required.
