Unauthenticated memory corruption via unchecked lang formatting

Stack overflow in setLanguageCfg in TOTOLINK A3700R 9.1.2u.6165_20211012 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory through lang. The handler passes the user-controlled lang value to sprintf for storage in the stack variable V7 without enforcing a safe length, overflowing the stack. Network access to /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi is sufficient under CISA's unauthenticated assessment; the published proof of concept demonstrates program-counter control, while execution of attacker-supplied code is not demonstrated.
