Process hang via zero-length IPv6 extension header

Infinite-loop denial of service in Tcpreplay 4.4.4 allows attackers to hang tcprewrite by supplying a crafted PCAP file. In get_ipv6_next() in src/common/get.c, a malformed IPv6 extension header can yield a zero-byte extension length, so the parser advances by zero and repeats indefinitely. The attacker must cause a local user or automated workflow to process the file; the affected process remains nonterminating and consumes processing capacity.
