Blind SSRF in SEO Panel 4.10.0 allows remote attackers to scan internal network ports through Crawl Meta Data requests. Published material identifies the Crawl Meta Data feature as the request source but does not disclose the accepted input or missing destination validation. No authentication or user interaction is required; the demonstrated consequence is blind reconnaissance of services reachable from the server.
