Authenticated command execution via static-page PHP injection

Code injection in PluXml Blog 5.8.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through a static page's Content field. The Static Pages editor passes submitted content to editStatique, which writes a PHP-backed page without rejecting executable PHP syntax. An account permitted to edit static pages is required, and viewing the saved page executes commands with the PHP service's privileges.
