Administrator-session script execution via unescaped deletion parameter
Published Apr 1, 2024 · Updated Aug 27, 2024
Reflected XSS in Themify WooCommerce Product Filter before 1.4.4 allows remote attackers to execute script in an administrator's browser. The filter-deletion administration page inserts an attacker-controlled wpf_post[] array value into its response without sanitizing or escaping it. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open a crafted URL and an existing filter slug, allowing script execution with that administrator's browser privileges.
