Local client crash via missing argument

A NULL pointer dereference in the dnspod-sr client at commit 0dfbd37 allows local users to crash the process with no argument. In tool/client.c, main passes argv[1] to strcpy without verifying that the argument exists, so a no-argument invocation supplies NULL and terminates with a segmentation fault. Execution requires local access and affects the invoking client process; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
