Heap-based buffer overflow in Dell PowerEdge Server BIOS allows local users with high privileges to write unauthorized memory. Dell has not published the affected BIOS routine, the input that reaches it, or the unchecked operation that overruns the heap buffer. Exploitation requires local high-privileged access and can corrupt memory, affecting integrity and availability without reported data disclosure.
