Restricted-data disclosure via role-blind query cache

Incorrect authorization in ClickHouse before 24.1.1.2048 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted rows through query caching. QueryCache::Key used the query AST and username without role identity, allowing one user's cached result to persist across role switches and bypass row policies. Exploitation requires control of an account with multiple roles, query caching, and a query previously cached under broader access; the documented consequence is unauthorized reading.
