Process crash via unbounded merged-cell expansion

Resource exhaustion in Spreadsheet::ParseXLSX before 0.28 allows attackers to crash a parsing process with a crafted XLSX file. The _parse_sheet routine expands attacker-controlled merged-cell coordinates into a hash entry for every referenced cell without bounding the range. Exploitation requires an application to parse the malicious file and can exhaust host memory, interrupting the application or server.
