Account compromise via weak default password requirements

Weak default password requirements in IBM QRadar Suite products allow remote attackers to compromise user accounts through password guessing. The Cloud Pak Bedrock authentication configuration does not enforce strong passwords by default, leaving accounts protected by user-chosen weak credentials. Unauthenticated network access to a login interface and a guessable password are required; affected releases are QRadar Suite Software 1.10.12.0 through 1.10.18.0 and Cloud Pak for Security 1.10.0.0 through 1.10.11.0.
