Authenticated impersonation via persistent logout session

Insufficient session expiration in IBM InfoSphere Information Server 11.7 allows remote authenticated users to impersonate another user. The DataStage Flow Designer logout API leaves the server-side session identifier valid instead of invalidating it. A valid authenticated session is required, and the retained session remains usable for actions under another user's identity.
