Published Jan 31, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in Formzu Inc. Formzu WP 1.6.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through shortcodes. The plugin's shortcode handling stores user-supplied attributes without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping, then renders them in pages. Contributor-level access is required to create the payload, and script execution occurs when another user visits the affected page.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
