Arbitrary file read via JSF path traversal

Path traversal in the JSF component of SailPoint IdentityIQ allows remote attackers to read arbitrary application-server files. The bundled JSF 2.2.20 resource handler accepts traversal sequences in the loc or con request parameter and resolves them outside the intended resource directory. Published details establish no authentication or user-interaction requirement and limit the demonstrated consequence to reading server files.
