Session hijacking in VMware Enhanced Authentication Plug-in allows local users to take over a privileged EAP session on the same Windows host. VMware has not published the affected function or the operation that permits one local process to seize the browser plug-in's authenticated session. Exploitation requires unprivileged local access and a privileged domain user to initiate an EAP session on the same host; success grants control of that privileged session.
