Authorization bypass via null authentication trust check

Broken access control in Spring Security 6.1.0 through 6.1.6 and 6.2.0 through 6.2.1 allows remote attackers to bypass authorization. AuthenticationTrustResolver.isFullyAuthenticated treats a null Authentication as fully authenticated by negating anonymous and persistent-login checks without requiring a valid authenticated token. Exposure requires application code to call the method directly with null; Method Security and HTTP Request Security callers are unaffected.
