Authenticated internal data disclosure via unrestricted feature URLs

Server-side request forgery in Terminalfour before 8.3.19 allows remote authenticated users to read internal service data through product features. The Data Object, Web Object, Import URL, Content Syncer, and Packages features accept outbound destinations without a URL allowlist, so the server sends attacker-chosen requests. Exploitation requires an authenticated account, access to one of those features, and server configuration that permits connections to sensitive internal services.
