Browser code execution via unsanitized comment HTML

Stored cross-site scripting in Nextcloud Deck 1.9.0 through 1.9.4 and 1.10.0 through 1.11.1 allows attackers to run code in a user's browser. CommentForm.vue's submit method re-emits comment HTML through the input and submit events, allowing markup to flow back into a contenteditable element instead of converting it to plain text. Exploitation requires a user to be tricked into sending the malicious comment, and the reported consequence is code execution in that user's browser rather than on the Nextcloud server.
