Account impersonation via empty-password token creation

Authentication bypass in affected Nextcloud Global Site Selector releases allows remote attackers to assume another user's identity. SlaveController::createAppToken treats an empty password as successful without first requiring the decoded JWT options to select the SAML backend, then generates an application token for the supplied existing user ID. Exploitation requires user interaction but no prior privileges, and a successful request grants access as the selected account.
