Bulk phishing email via unchecked recipient array

Improper authorization in phpMyFAQ before 3.2.5 allows remote attackers to send bulk phishing email through its mail server. The send-to-friend handler in api.service.php trusts the mailto[] recipient array and user-supplied message and link without enforcing the interface's five-recipient limit. A single solved CAPTCHA reaches the unauthenticated handler, enabling thousands of messages that can damage reputation and cause legitimate mail to be blocked.
