Unauthenticated limited file overwrite via path traversal

Path traversal in Whoogle Search before 0.8.4 allows remote attackers to overwrite application-accessible files through the config endpoint. The config function in app/routes.py joins the unvalidated name query value to CONFIG_PATH and serializes a transformed config_data dictionary to that attacker-selected path with pickle.dump. The endpoint is reachable without authentication only when configuration options are enabled, and written content is limited to a dictionary containing attacker-controlled data plus a url entry.
