Authenticated command execution via writable Nginx settings

Command injection in 0xJacky Nginx UI before 2.0.0.beta.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute operating-system commands. The authenticated SaveSettings API assigns attacker-supplied test_config_cmd, reload_cmd, or restart_cmd values, and TestConf passes test_config_cmd unchanged to /bin/sh -c. Any valid user session can persist a command that runs when Nginx UI next tests a site configuration, enabling code execution with the service account's privileges and access to its data.
