Arbitrary code execution via unchecked HTTP response

Heap-based buffer overflow in ddns-start on Western Digital My Cloud before 5.29.102 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to execute code. The Dynamic DNS client fails to validate an HTTP response length before copying attacker-controlled data into a fixed-length heap buffer. Exploitation requires interception of a Dynamic DNS exchange, and successful corruption executes code in the device context.
