Build manipulation via CSRF-prone connection test endpoint

Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins Docker Build Step Plugin 2.11 and earlier allows remote attackers to reconfigure its Docker endpoint. The connection-test HTTP endpoint accepts a crafted TCP or Unix socket URL without requiring a POST request protected by a CSRF crumb, then saves the supplied test parameters as plugin configuration. A Jenkins user with Overall/Read permission and an active browser session must visit attacker-controlled content; successful exploitation redirects later build steps to the attacker-selected socket.
