AT command injection in affected Zabbix Server releases allows remote authenticated users to issue modem commands through SMS tests. The Frontend and Server accept the SMS Number field without validation, and the test path sends the crafted value to a configured GSM modem as AT-command input. Administrative access to run an SMS test and a connected modem are required; resulting actions depend on modem capabilities and include FTP initiation, firmware changes, SSRF, or code execution.
