Unauthenticated directory disclosure via web interface

Published Mar 20, 2024 · Updated Aug 5, 2024

Directory listing exposure in Elspec G5 digital fault recorder 1.1.4.15 and earlier allows remote attackers to view server directories. The appliance's web interface serves directory indexes to unauthenticated requests instead of suppressing them, exposing filesystem names and structure. No credentials or user interaction are required; the disclosed consequence is limited to revealing operating-system layout information.
