CVE-2024-22063Network attack vector

Formula-triggered code execution via unneutralized CSV fields

Published Dec 30, 2024 · Updated Dec 30, 2024

CSV injection in ZTE ZENIC ONE R58 16.24.20SP01 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to plant formulas in exported data. The CNA does not identify the affected input or export routine, but maps the flaw to CSV fields whose formula syntax is not neutralized. Exploitation requires high privileges and a user to open the crafted CSV in spreadsheet software, where the formula can execute code that affects related devices.
