Network-service crash via X.509 certificate parsing

Memory corruption in Siemens fire-protection products allows remote attackers to crash the network service with a crafted X.509 certificate. The shared network communication library mishandles memory buffers while parsing certificate data, causing the service process to terminate. Most products are reachable by unauthenticated attackers on the fire-system network; engineering tools and Sinteso Mobile require man-in-the-middle attackers, and impact is confined to the application.
