Local database credential disclosure via systemd environment

Information disclosure in SUSE Manager Server 5.0 allows local users to read the attestation service database password. The uyuni-server-attestation systemd unit passes database_password through its process environment, which systemd exposes to non-privileged users despite 0640 protection on the credentials file. A low-privileged local account and the attestation service configuration are required; disclosure grants access to the database credential.
