XXE in the SAML component of Ivanti Connect Secure and Policy Secure 9.x and 22.x allows remote attackers to access restricted resources. The pre-authentication /dana-na/auth/saml-sso.cgi endpoint decodes SAMLRequest and permits external entities, causing attacker-directed DNS and HTTP requests. No authentication or valid RelayState or TARGET value is required; public testing demonstrated blind SSRF, while code execution remained theoretical.
