CVE-2024-22021Network attack vector

Cross-scope plan disclosure via missing authorization

Published Feb 7, 2024 · Updated Mar 2, 2026

Improper authorization in Veeam Recovery Orchestrator 4 through 6 allows remote authenticated users to retrieve out-of-scope plans. The plan-retrieval authorization path accepts a Plan Author's request without enforcing the scope assigned to that account. A Plan Author account and multiple configured scopes are required; exposure is limited to recovery-plan data outside the assigned scope.
