Remote information disclosure via unchecked reject component

An out-of-bounds read in Android 13 modem code allows remote attackers to disclose memory through a crafted reject component. ss_ProcessRejectComponent in ss_MmConManagement.c reads beyond the intended buffer because it processes the component without a required bounds check. The flaw needs no authentication or user interaction and is limited to confidentiality impact, with no reported write or service interruption.
