Out-of-bounds read in the ACPM component of Google Android 13 allows local users to disclose memory contents without user interaction. The dvfs_plugin_caller function in fvp.c reads beyond the intended buffer because it performs no required bounds check. Exploitation requires low-privileged local code on an affected Pixel-family device and exposes data without reported modification or service interruption.
