DLL hijacking in Corsair iCUE 5.9.105 with Murals on Windows allows local users to execute code with SYSTEM privileges during updates. The privileged iCUEUpdateService starts cuepkg.exe, which searches a user-writable cuepkg-1.2.6 directory for absent DLLs and loads an attacker-planted library. An unprivileged local account must place a DLL and wait for or trigger an iCUE update; successful exploitation grants full system control.
