Local code execution via truncated shader allocation size

Out-of-bounds write in AMD Software Radeon DirectX 11 drivers allows local users to execute code through a malformed shader. In atidxx64.dll, a shader-controlled 64-bit size is truncated to 32 bits for RtlAllocateHeap, then reused at full width by memset, writing beyond the allocation. A low-privileged local process must submit crafted shader bytecode; successful exploitation corrupts driver-process memory and enables code execution in that process.
