SSRF in Ivanti Connect Secure and Policy Secure 9.x and 22.x allows remote attackers to access restricted resources without authentication. The SAML parser passes an XML Signature KeyInfo RetrievalMethod URI to XMLTooling, which performs an outbound HTTP GET without restricting its destination. The public SAML endpoint requires no credentials; exploitation can read reachable internal resources, while malformed payloads can crash the saml-server process.
