Arbitrary file overwrite via unchecked tag paths

File write in OAS Engine Tags Configuration in Open Automation Software OAS Platform 19.00.0057 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite files. The engine accepts attacker-controlled File Data Source Path and File Name values from an authenticated CSV_Import request, then uses them when a file-backed Tag writes Binary, Text, or XML data. High application privileges and a sequence of configuration requests are required, and writes are limited by the filesystem permissions of the OAS Engine service account.
