CVE-2024-21846Network attack vector

Broadcast interruption via unauthenticated board reset

Published Apr 18, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024

Missing authentication in command.cgi on Electrolink FM, DAB, and TV transmitters allows remote attackers to stop transmission. The gateway accepts a crafted GET request without authenticating the caller and invokes a board reset. Network access to the management gateway is sufficient; the resulting reset interrupts broadcast operations.
