SYSTEM code execution via writable DLL folder

Improper folder access control in Sky Co., Ltd. SKYSEA Client View before 19.3 allows local users to execute code as SYSTEM. A non-administrator can place a crafted DLL in a folder from which the product's service process loads DLLs when the service starts. A logged-in account on a Windows host is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code with SYSTEM privileges.
