Local file disclosure via external XML entities

XXE in Japan Ministry of Defense Electronic Deliverables Creation Support Tool before 1.0.4 allows attackers to read local files via crafted XML. The tool processes external entity references without properly restricting them, but the vendor does not disclose the parser or affected code path. Exploitation requires a user to process a specially crafted XML file in either desktop edition; the documented consequence is local-file disclosure only.
