Authenticated command execution via crafted scp string

Command injection in F5 BIG-IP and BIG-IQ allows local users with scp access to execute arbitrary system commands. The scp utility accepts a specially crafted command string without fully neutralizing shell control characters, leaving the earlier correction incomplete. Exploitation requires a Resource Administrator or Certificate Manager account without Advanced shell access and grants command execution with that account's system privileges.
