Authenticated code execution via unchecked TLV length

Heap-based buffer overflow in Realtek rtl819x Jungle SDK 3.4.11 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a crafted .dat file. In apmib.c, mib_init_value copies attacker-controlled TLV data into a fixed-size heap buffer using an unchecked tlv_len value from the uploaded configuration. Administrative access to /boafrm/formUploadConfig is required; successful exploitation can fully compromise affected LevelOne WBR-6013 routers.
